There’s no doubt that developer’s skills to manipulate bits and bytes are important. However, with a rise of agile development, some other skills like communication, ability to learn/unlearn, mentoring and teamwork have become extremely important.
In this survey, we’ll try to detect what are the most desirable non-technical skills for developers in an agile environment and how really important it is.
