Lean and Agile transition is not the change project, but the build-up of mindset and structure to sustain continuous improvement. Scaling agile methods in the multi-site international Software Development environment is hard and a real challenge in many perspectives, but possible. Which elements to build in, how to overcome well known obstacles and how is this done in Ericsson Nikola Tesla being part of large Ericsson community will be elaborated through few perspectives shared by Damir. In his role of SW development center leader he was in a position to start and stimulate change in the local community and influence enterprise wide movement. And he still does so…by looking backward and estimating forward.
