Roberto Dadda: UX meets Agile

Software development comes to Agile from water-flow: the need for speed, adaptability and quality has to overcome a rigid approach.
Design and UX design comes to Agile from the opposite direction, it comes form chaos!
The problem in interface design comes from the fact that everybody has the impression to be a designer and everybody has the attitude of giving precise indications about layout, colors and elements design. The Agile style meeting gives the occasion of work in group and ask for every decision to everyone involved a very simple, but almost never asked, question: “Why?”.
